Apple took the unique step today of refunding 
credit cards of those who purchased iPhone bumpers automatically. Instead of requiring me to do something to get my refund, they did it for me. Nice touch. As a marketer faced with turning a bad thing into a good thing, this is a good thing. (Imagine their eStore processing - find all the case orders by SKU, then proactively refund tax and shipping to all purchasers everywhere - not a trivial task I assure you.)
